We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at ironrush941@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at ironrush941@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, worn, or washed
• Items without original packaging
• Items marked as final sale
